okay, not always.

June 5, 2011

1.  I’m packing.  My house.  Into boxes.  Only one of those three sentences were proper.  I think.

2.  Judah has been practicing his terrible two tantrums today.  I assume this is caused by teething.  But a few times I’ve observed that he looks eerily similar to Linda Blair in The Exorcist.  Not saying there is a correlation.  I’m only speculating.

3.  I hate the noise your mouth makes.  Not when you speak (okay, not always).  But definitely when you chew and clean your teeth with your tongue and swallow and have too much spit in your cheeks.  And when you kiss.  I hate the sound of kisses. I’m having this mental disorder looked at by a team of physicians.  We are hoping for a speedy diagnosis and recovery.

4.  I have problems.  Undiagnosable problems.

5.  Here is the nicest place I have ever lived, and we don’t move in for 2 more weeks.  See what can happen in t-minus 14 days?

6.  What does t-minus mean?  And why do I say/write things I don’t understand?

7.  Not that I am speaking of being in need, for I have learned in whatever situation I am to be content. I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. I can do all things through him who strengthens me.  Philippians 4:11-13

“T minus” is a take-off of the original space shots back in the 1960’s. Depending upon who you believe “T” either means “Time” or “Take off.” So “T minus 45” would be 45 seconds before “take-off.” Aren’t you glad you asked?
