ode to my lova.

October 12, 2010

Reason #2:

Because he gave me the most gorgeous little part of him that I could ever ask for.

And because he sacrifices several days a week to be an awesome stay at home dad that has been more capable than any person may have expected him to be without any prior experience.  Considering that he hadn’t changed a single diaper before the birth of his son, it was thought that he may need some extensive training upon returning home with this little man.  But quite the opposite was true.  He was much more instinctive and intuitive than I was as a parent right off the bat.  He was my guidepost during those first few chaotic days.

And so he shall be all the chaotic days of my remaining life.
